College Students Make Online Tutoring
OK college students and college grads, are you unemployed and is seeking employment or do you simply seek to do something extra on the side? I have some interesting news to share with you and it includes earning a few bucks Legally and Earnestly doing what you do best. It involves using the skills you've learnt or is learning in college to help others and yourself in the process. What's this? TUTORING ONLINE. Yes! Its an easy way to generate that income in your spare time.
There are many students, no matter what level (elementary, middle, high school) who are having trouble in various subject areas and whose parents are willing to pay to get them that extra help they may need. As college students you can benefit from this while helping them out. You just need to have the drive, the right tools, as well as the connection to get yourself started.
Being a college student myself of course I've tried this, and while it may have not worked out profitably for me I still continued because I have the drive to become a lecturer so I garnered the opportunity to gain experience from tutoring. Additionally I have friends and peers who are doing well tutoring students online, they have had the most success tutoring students from foreign country who wants to learn to speak English.
So for those enthused college students who enjoy helping others and want to gain a profit from doing so, take up this opportunity and see how it works out for you. You may do a Google search to find websites and companies who may be hiring students.

Scams
I am sure by now that everyone is aware of the scams that are taking place all over the world. Scams involving fake products , fake job offerings and fake companies offering services in exchange for our money. These scams are on the rise, and scam artistes are becoming more clever and creative in their approach which means that surfers and online shoppers need to be more careful and more critical of the sites they visit and the way they give out their credit card information. I have discovered a new kind of scam where individuals are being asked to produce their personal information such as Name, Bank Account information, Address and Contact information as part of job requirement for a unnamed company who promises to keep these information confidential. The core of the job is that recruited employees will be responsible for collecting payment on behalf of the unnamed company's affiliates and Small business organizations from delinquent clients. How will these delinquents pay these fees? To employees bank accounts and employees will keep 20% of the fee as their salary and the remaining 80% will be the company's share.
What's the scam here? This: the money that will be deposited to employees' bank accounts is money from scam victims, (delinquent clients) and the company(not a company but group of scam artistes) needs different bank accounts to wire or launder the money to as using their own personal accounts or Western Union may draw suspicion and lead to investigation by the proper authorities. Hence this method is a clever attempt by scam artiste to get unsuspecting individuals to assist in their schemes and scams. Therefore I am warning individuals to take special in the activities they engage in online as there always scams and scam artistes waiting to cash in on the unsuspecting.
Here are some tips and advice on how to identify a scam or fraudulent activities.
1. Do a simple Google search. That always works for me, there's always some information that will help to identify if a company, product or service is legit.
2. Check website for credibility. Look for the Verisign symbol, the Norton protected sign as well as the Lock. These are a few symbols that help me be sure that the website is legitimate.
3. Stay away from online jobs that promises very large sum of money. These jobs are never really legitimate, these are just more scams that get you to purchase "getting started tools" that never really do anything. Please stay away.
4. Ask around. Its always beneficial to ask a close friend or family member you know if they have knowledge of the product or service you are about to pay for. I usually just tweet my followers about something am not sure about and they usually help me decide if the purchase is worth making.
